Welcome to Brooklyner.

Welcome to Brooklyner.

Where should I start? I have been involved with the internet for quite some time. I have taught technology, had a web design business, worked for an internet startup during the boom (we were the first "ask dot com" type company). I have written for online magazines, I was involved in web communities from Yahoo clubs to groups to... you name it, I've been there. I had a web journal long before blogging was even a word. I have owned at least 5 different personal web sites, and I've started a blog, oh, probably 10 times in the last few years. I still own my own personal web site, and yes, I do also have a myspace, um, space, where I showcase my musical side... And here is yet another attempt at blogging. Why? Well, I have the need for an outlet, much like all the other millions of bloggers out there. I just can't seem to find the right format to encompass all of my interests at once. I hope this might be it.
So, what is this blog about? Anything really. But mostly about me, my life in brooklyn, issues surrounding my life in the neighborhood of Park Slope/Gowanus, my experiences as a high school teacher, and my ventures as a musician. From time to time you will find links and announcements of (what I believe are) worthy causes.
Enjoy, and by all means subsribe and link.

Bob
